E3 are a specialist ecological consultancy, with a highly skilled, professional team, working from our purpose built premises in Wark, Northumberland. Working for E3 provides opportunities to be involved with a diverse and interesting workload and allows staff to gain an exceptional depth of experience and develop their own specialisms. We offer a targeted in house training programme to all staff, identifying key training needs and sharing good practice and provide mentoring within a supportive team environment. Typically, Graduate Ecologists are taken on with a two year initial contract and the potential to take 2-3 months off in the winter to travel or pursue conservation projects.
