Working under the Chief Electrician and the Assistant Chief Electrician, repairs, manages and maintains all electrical systems in the Aquarium of the Americas, and Woldenberg park and downtown facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide a guest experience of outstanding quality.
  • Assist engineering with any repairs on pumps and pump motors in the building and park.
  • Be responsible for all lighting systems in the building.
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring all electrical systems, distribution systems and emergency systems in the building and park.
  • Assist engineering with the monitoring and any repairs made to the fire alarm system.
  • Monitor and calibrate ozone monitors throughout the building.
