Position Summary:  The Engagement Officer contributes to The Trust for Public Land’s mission to create parks and protect land for people by qualifying, cultivating, and stewarding strong relationships with donors to build and maintain lifelong partnerships. The Engagement Officer works primarily with mid-level donors ($2,000 - $25,000+), developing and growing a robust donor pipeline, and planning and implementing unique engagement and stewardship opportunities to achieve the organization’s philanthropic goals.
