In 2022, the NCECS will continue with a summer season of programming in and around Prince Rupert to engage the public and youth in learning about local ecology. The team of Educators are responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and conducting educational programs and displays that will highlight the region’s ecological richness and engage the community in environmental learning and stewardship. Throughout the summer of 2022, the team will plan and host a schedule of events that engage a variety of audiences, from children to adults, with Covid-19 safety protocols in place if required.
