Wildlands Engineering, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our Charlotte and Raleigh offices. Duties of the Environmental Scientist will include performing stream and general ecological assessments, geomorphic surveys, wetland delineation, endangered and threatened species surveys, vegetation inventory, environmental permit applications, and technical report preparation. Assessment activities involve promoting the long-term ecological health of project sites necessary to support project success and ecological design. Work relates to stream and plant surveys, data processing and organizing, report preparation and writing, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment, and communicating site assessment results with team members.
