Klamath Lake Land Trust is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill our full-time Executive Director position. The ideal candidate will have prior non-profit leadership, fundraising, outreach, and relationship-building experience. A background in conservation; a track record of achieving results as a self-starter; and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are preferred. The Executive Director will lead staff and support the Board of Directors (Board) in advancing Klamath Lake Land Trust’s (KLLT) mission: conserving and enhancing the natural legacy of the Klamath Basin for future generations. Compensation for the Executive Director position is competitive and includes a generous benefits package. KLLT was founded in 2010 in Klamath Falls, Oregon and is dedicated
