This unclassified, full-time position is located at the Pratt Operations Office, and is directly supervised by Brad Shauers, Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. The incumbent assists in preventative maintenance of the heating and air conditioning systems. Repairs and installs plumbing, electrical system and building structures, including the roof. Maintains and repairs inside and out main office building, Engineer's office, and warehouse on complex. Constructs and installs specialized tables, cabinets, and shelves as assigned.
  • Assists in the maintenance of lawn, trees, shrubs and underground lawn sprinkler system of the Pratt Operations Office. Oversees and mows grass areas and snow removal of complex. Supervises temporary seasonal employees on a lead-worker basis.
