This is a key operational and leadership role, working under the direction ofthe Head of Group (West), with the support of a Mentor and expertise from the Project Advisory Team. The key focus of the role initially will be to manage the Orielton Project – “Creating an Estate for Outdoor Learning” by: • Realising the formal and informal outdoor learning potential in the Estate. • Constructing additional flexible customer accommodation. • Maximising commercial and grant income from the Estate. • Developing and piloting educational products using the Estate. • Working with the Product Development team to develop and promote the product and project.
