What you’ll be doing

You will lead the education team to develop, plan and deliver ‘out-of-classroom learning’ activities to a wide-ranging audience. This will include day-to-day management of the education team, providing support and advice through induction, training, teaching observation and personal review.

In addition, as a member of the Senior Management Team, you will help to oversee the operation of the learning location in the absence of the Centre Manager.

This is an active role and will include some hands-on teaching in the field. You will be comfortable to carry out duties associated with effectively managing groups in outdoor learning locations, whilst ensuring the health and safety of the group.
