£20,378 – £21,625 per annum, dependent on experience

What you’ll be doing

Your role will be to ensure a proactive and professional administrative support service is delivered to both external customers and internal colleagues and teams at our learning centre.

The day-to-day duties are varied and will include taking the centre bookings, processing financial transactions, and keeping accurate records for the centre.

As the first point of contact for customers visiting, phoning, and emailing enquiries to us, you will be committed to delivering the highest level of customer service and care, taking pride in you all you do.

Who we’re looking for

We need someone to be able to hit the ground running in this role, so you will already have some experience of working in a busy office environment in an administrative role. In addition to:

Where you’ll be based

Field Studies Council Epping Forest, is situated in the heart of Epping Forest, an area of around 2,400 hectares of wood-pasture stretching from Manor Park in East London to just north of Epping in Essex. Two thirds of the Forest have been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and a Special Area of Conservation (SAC).

Our purpose built, fully accessible centre has six classrooms, and associated facilities, with direct access into our teaching sites which include woodland, grassland, heath, and river.
