The Trust’s Senior Countryside Ranger will have direct responsibility for the day to day management of a team of Countryside Rangers. You will provide effective leadership and support for the team and have responsibility for the delivery of the Ranger Service Team Plan. Through the Trust’s Ranger Service, you will support the provision and promote access to the countryside of Fife for outdoor recreation and outdoor learning activities. Working closely with the FCCT management team you will promote and implement a culture of good practice and sound business management principles throughout the Ranger team.
