Summary Would you like to shape the future of Scotland’s forests and land? We’re looking for enthusiastic, practical, creative people to join Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS). As an FLS Planner you’ll prepare plans to help us look after the national forests and land – some 9% of Scotland – to benefit Scotland’s environment, people and economy. A Planner’s main role is to prepare Land Management Plans. These set out how we will care for the land that we manage (which isn’t all forest, by the way – it’s also peatlands, sand dunes, farms, windfarms and green space around towns) over the next decade and beyond.
