As a Fundraising Assistant you will play a part in every step of the fundraising process; from identifying opportunities and working with colleagues to shape projects and initiatives, through to preparing bids, submitting claims and managing the delivery of funding conditions. Excellent communication skills are a must as you will work with colleagues across the RSPB in a wide variety of roles. An ability to work in a structured and organised manner is also key to ensure smooth delivery from the outset of the fundraising process through to project completion.
