Glengorm is a 5,500 acre estate on the Isle of Mull, where we sustainably farm sheep and cattle, just five miles from the small town of Tobermory. Glengorm contains a variety of habitats including upland, forest, wetland, wildflower meadows and rocky shore where a wide variety of species can be found. There are many historical sites on the estate including prehistoric standing stones, a medieval castle fort and chapel, an Iron-age fort, a crofting village abandoned in the 1800’s as well as a SSSI and an SAC. The estate is also home to the Glengorm Castle which is run as a bed and breakfast. The Glengorm Wildlife Project was founded in 2013 by the Glengorm Estate to carry out educational engagement and awareness activities with visitors and community members and to monitor the estat
