The West Region lies between Tewkesbury in the North and Chepstow in the South of the county, with nature reserves clustered in the stunning Lower Wye Valley, central Forest of Dean, Newent triangle and Severn Vale. The role will support the land management team in the delivery of a full and varied work programme across the region. The post holder will lead on supervising weekly volunteer work parties to achieve conservation objectives across a diverse range of habitats, including heathland, ancient woodland, floodplain meadows, quarries, species rich grasslands and wetlands.
