Position Overview: The Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy’s Trails Stewardship Program engages and sustains a vibrant community of stewards in the maintenance and construction of trails within the Golden Gate National Parks and Mount Tamalpais Watershed. With over 300 miles of trails spread throughout thousands of acres, trails play a vital role in connecting people to their open space lands. The Trails Program supports the Trails Forever and One Tam Initiatives by transcending boundaries to maintain a world-class trail system. The Manager of the Trails Stewardship Program works to engage communities and partners in the care of park trails and public lands, supports priority park projects on trails, designs meaningful volunteer opportunities, and maintains close working relationshi
