ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Guest Engagement Intern will work directly with the Guest Relations Manager to ensure all aquarium guests and members have a high-quality, engaging experience. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests;
  • Promote a personalized and dynamic guest experience by engaging with guests throughout their visit to ensure customer retention;
  • Evaluate guest experiences by observing guest behavior, and collecting guest feedback;
  • Provide support to staff during scheduled public programming;
  • Assist with Exc
