On Call Educators needed throughout the year with the main need in Spring and Fall. Educators teach classes of 10-15 children our Outdoor Ed curriculum. Training, manuals, equipment, supplies and ongoing support is supplied for all staff. Typical day starts at 8am and ends at 9pm. Breaks are scheduled throughout the day. Staff will “turn over” the facility for the next group. A turnover means cleaning lodging and meeting spaces. Salary is $100 per day worked. Meals while working are included. Your schedule is available two to four week in advance. Training is paid. The more training you can attend, the more classes you can teach.
