Job Purpose
The Human-Felids Coexistence (HFC) Coordinator is responsible for planning, revising, and implementing Colombia's Human–Felid Coexistence strategy, following Panthera's global mission. Likewise, the HFC coordinator is in charge of finding funding opportunities and grant writing related to coexistence promotion and conflict mitigation actions. The HFC coordinator needs to understand human-felid conflicts and threats at a national, regional, and local level and engage government institutions and local communities in coexistence activities and programs.
