The successful candidate will undertake a variety of work across our key platforms including; troubleshooting issues, testing new software releases, producing user documentation, logging faults, supporting users and partners to ensure the IT team is able to deliver a high quality IT service to all our service users. This apprenticeship is being offered in partnership with Lincoln College. Please note that due to the pandemic, this role will initially be home based and will then be office based when it is safe to return to the workplace.
