We are looking for an experienced agricultural advisor and great communicator to help develop and deliver this test of the developing Environmental Land Management scheme (ELM). This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in our natural environment to help develop new ways of working and managing our landscape for generations ahead. As the United Kingdom leaves the European Union and the constraint of the Common Agricultural Policy, new policy approaches to the management of land are being developed under the Government’s aspirations for ‘Farming for the Future’ and the 25 Year Plan for the Environment. Government support to land managers will in future be provided in return for public goods and plans are being developed for a new payment scheme
