Your line manager will be the Chair of LOHP and you will attend the trustee board meetings, interact with working groups reporting to the board and be involved in planning for the future. You will manage the day to day operations of LOHP in close cooperation with working groups in ways which include the following:  Managing complex agri-environmental agreements  Ensuring that sites are restored, maintained & monitored, including getting consents.  Coordinating livestock agreements with local graziers.  Commissioning and overseeing habitat management contracts.  Commissioning and managing biological monitoring contracts.  Organising or delivering volunteer training in monitoring, site maintenance, & safety.  Setting up a structure for site management,
