JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position takes a holistic view of programming within Conservation Education at the Zoological Society of Milwaukee (ZSM), with a focus on program impact, improvement, and development. Innovation and community engagement drive program outcomes, informs grant funding opportunities and elevates diversity, equity, access and inclusion goals. This role works closely with the Conservation Education leadership team in support of the Society's mission to educate people about the importance of wildlife conservation, supporting the Milwaukee County Zoo (MCZ), and the Conservation Education departments vision to inspire and empower all members of our community to take conservation action.
