Three Seasonal Positions are available in the Marine Resources Center at the Marine Biological Laboratory for Marine Life Support Assistants beginning in late May/early June and proceeding through August.
The Marine Resources Center collects, culture, and maintains living marine species for use in research and education at the MBL. These positions will assist in a wide range of duties within the MBL including specimens collection, culturing, and care. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, care and feeding of marine organisms maintained in the facility, installing and cleaning seawater tanks and associated systems, seawater filtration equipment, seawater pumps, pipelines, and alarm system
