Lancashire Wildlife Trust, in partnership with Manchester City Council, are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional people skills, good ecological knowledge and the ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences to join the Trust’s ‘My Wild City’ programme which aims to transform Manchester into a nature-rich city.

As the ‘My Wild City’ Officer you will have a unique opportunity to pilot what Local Nature Recovery Networks look like at a neighbourhood level and how residents and stakeholders can get involved for the benefit of wildlife, their communities and their health and wellbeing. You will be responsible for co-ordinating and leading a programme of engagement to galvanise and generate activity amongst residents, partners and other stakeholders.
