Summary We are looking for an experienced Lead Ranger to manage one of the most beautiful countryside portfolios in the National Trust – the West Lakes, Cumbria. There are huge opportunities here balancing conservation, cultural landscape, estate maintenance, relationships with farmers and visitor engagement; which is both challenging and rewarding. A part of this role will include working with and through partner bodies such as Natural England, the Lake District National Park, and others so you’ll need experience in partnership working.   PLEASE NOTE: This is a two year fixed term contract due to end when the previous employee returns from their secondment.
