We’re looking for a Community Organiser who is passionate and enthusiastic about working with under-represented communities in Derby to nurture and empower them to reclaim and create new green spaces for nature that are important to them. In this role, you will build relationships with residents and community groups and work with them, inspiring and enabling them to take action for nature in their own neighbourhoods. To be successful you will be passionate and enthusiastic about working alongside people from different groups and developing strong relationships with them.  You will be highly personable, an excellent listener and committed to supporting community powered change and championing inclusion and diversity.
