The Orange County Land Trust (OCLT) is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team full-time as Stewardship Associate. The Stewardship Associate is OCLT’s lead representative on our protected properties. This position is an opportunity to join a growing organization and gain experience in a wide range of conservation activities. Primary responsibilities include: Complete annual monitoring of conservation easements and preserves Assist with the management of OCLT’s preserves. Prepare baseline documentation for conservation easements, land management plans, and other reports as needed. Maintain good communication and relationships with landowners. Assist with land protection projects as needed Supervise volunteers or interns for stewardship-related work.
