Pesticide Action Network (PAN) is seeking an experienced Organizing Co-Director to lead PAN’s work in California with a regional and national reach. The Organizing Co-Director facilitates collaborative processes within a diverse set of organizations and people working toward building a just, resilient food system through statewide campaigns for policy and practice change. The Organizing Co-Director will need to work well as part of a multiracial, multicultural team and strive for sustainability and long-term wins within the dynamic of fast-paced campaign work. They are committed to supporting communities negatively affected by industrial agriculture to lead the development of a better food and farming system. They are committed to racial justice, and to confronting and dismantling racism
