The Invasive Species Specialists furthers the mission of the Ottawa Conservation District by assisting with the management of WMCISMA projects. The Invasive Species Specialists is responsible for collaborating with the WMCISMA Coordinator and field staff to implement and promote resources conservation in West Michigan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Strike Team and Hemlock Woolly Adelgid Crew to conduct field-based surveys, mapping, and treatment of invasive species. The position will be based out of the Ottawa Conservation District office but travel to site locations will be required.
