The role – Team Leader - Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning is responsible for conceptualising and leading the monitoring, evaluation and learning culture and practice across the breadth and depth of the organisation. This role will be key to enhancing SPC’s impact across the Pacific region. The key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Technical and Service Delivery - lead the MEL team within SPL and the SPC-wide MEL group (MELnet) in providing SPC with the strategic and programming MEL capability
  • Strategic Advice and Executive Support - provide strategic evidence on organisational performance assessment through high level analysis, synthesis, coordination and dissemination of MEL in SPC’s implementation of the Strategic Plan
