Description
ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for the timely and effective processing of all payroll (salaried and hourly) and remittance tasks and transactions. They participate as an active member of the HR Team by leading the communication of Ocean Wise’s payroll-related policies and procedures while promoting the organization’s mission and values. They will also work closely with the Finance team with respect to monthly reconciliations.
