Reporting to the Executive Director and working in close consultation with HAT Operations staff and Board of Directors, the Protected Lands Program Manager’s role is to develop and execute a strategic framework for HAT’s Land Protection activities. This person will lead the development and maintenance of partnerships that support HAT’s Protected Lands program consistent with HAT’s vision, mission, and values. They will carry out Land Protection Projects including donation/other acquisition of land, create conservation covenants, and use other land protection tools. They will oversee HAT’s annual covenant monitoring and enforcement responsibilities.
