Purpose of the Job: This role entails managing the capital work aspect of a National Lottery Heritage Funded-development year for the partnership Clywedog Valley project, working up to the submission of a stage 2 delivery phase application in 2025. The primary outcome will be achieving RIBA Stage 3 for the building works. The postholder will bring a proven track record in developing and delivering large or high-risk projects and will be comfortable working within and influencing multi-disciplinary teams.
