Restoration Ecologist is responsible for Project management of current Restoration Ecology projects in concert with the Restoration Technician, Forest Ecologist, and Geologist. Specifically, the Restoration Ecologist at SSI will perform the following:
  • Report to and work closely with the Executive Director and Science Director(s) on current SSI Projects that focus on Watershed Health, data-driven approaches to identifying restoration targets, and assessing restoration efficacy
  • Take on role of Project Manager on riparian restoration projects, which includes budgeting, reporting, partner communication, and timely completion of deliverables o Current active projects include post dam-remov
