We are looking for a passionate and inspiring individual to lead a dedicated team on our spectacular Saltholme nature reserve of over 630 ha on the Tees Estuary. The site is designated as an SSSI and an SPA and holds internationally important wintering populations of waders and wildfowl. It is one of the best examples in the North East of a large scale and diverse coastal wetland. The wet grassland and pools support over 100 pairs of breeding waders and a large common tern colony whilst the saltmarsh and intertidal habitat support wintering waders and wildfowl and a healthy harbour seal population.
