We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Estate Worker to help manage the suite of RSPB reserves on the Cumbria Coast. The post will be based at Campfield Marsh reserve on the South Solway with it's mosaic of saltmarsh, farmland and peat bog habitats, but will also cover work at the seabird colony of St. Bees Head with its 300ft sandstone cliffs and Hodbarrow, a former iron mine, now supporting a large tern colony and rich limestone grasslands. The role will involve a wide range of land and estate maintenance tasks to ensure the successful delivery of Campfield's Countryside Stewardship Scheme.
