An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Volunteer Recruitment Officer to RSPB Midlands. We are looking to see how we can develop and diversify our volunteer workforce, and if so how we adopt best practice in volunteer recruitment. The post is about delving in to those questions, experimenting, being creative; identifying new ways to recruit volunteers, from new places and into new roles and then making it happen. You will have excellent communication skills, love working with new people, have worked as a volunteer or with and for volunteers, and you will really appreciate the importance that volunteers hold for the future of our organisation. You might have experience in recruitment, HR or working for a charity or community organisation. If successful you will not be alone; a
