The Sanctuary Director is the administrator of the NJ Audubon mission and operations at the facility and associated grounds/sanctuary.  The position has duties primarily in the education branch of NJ Audubon and is expected to maintain, grow, and promote center-based programming that reflects the NJ Audubon mission and meets the needs of our members, our community, and the region. The Sanctuary Director takes a leadership role in membership growth, donor cultivation, sanctuary stewardship and community outreach.  The Sanctuary Director encourages and maintains an active, cooperative interface between staff, volunteers and interns involved in these programs and takes an active role in promoting NJ Audubon as a membership-based conservation organization.
