This is a flexible hourly fee paid seasonal post - the season is from April to October 2019 and 2020. The post holder will provide support to the day to day running of Muir of Dinnet NNR, particularly at weekends and during holiday periods. Visitor centre opening hours are normally 9-5 but some flexibility will be required. Many visitors look for face to face contact with staff and the post holder will provide a public face for SNH to help communicate key messages such as promoting responsible access and connecting people with nature. The post holder may also be expected to occasionally lead guided walks or groups, carry out visitor surveys and support the Reserve Manager in carrying out environmental events and education with school groups.
