This is a flexible hourly fee paid seasonal post - the season is from April to October 2019 and 2020 The post holder will provide support to the protection and monitoring of bird species at Forvie NNR, particularly at weekends and during holiday periods. Visitor centre opening hours are 10am-5pm but some flexibility may be required. Many visitors appreciate on site contact with staff and the post holder will provide a public face for SNH to help communicate key messages such as promoting responsible access and connecting people with nature. The post holder may also be expected to occasionally lead guided walks or group visits, carry out visitor surveys and site maintenance tasks.
