The newly-created Senior Manager, Human Resources position will play a key role in championing American Forests’ culture. The ideal candidate will possess a broad scope of knowledge, skills, and understanding of the various functions of Human Resources, including employee relations, benefits management, DEIA, employee recruitment, performance management, records management, professional development, compliance, rewards, and recognition, and compensation. The position serves as a strategic thought leader always focusing on the organization’s culture, values, and purpose.
