General Summary

The US Sr Manager is integral to the delivery of HR programs and services to Oceana staff and managers in the US. This position is engaged in a broad range of HR functions, including, but not limited to hiring and on-boarding new personnel; benefits administration, maintenance of accurate employee data and files, documenting processes and procedures; employee relations, and compliance. The US Sr Manager assists with training and the development of training materials, system implementation, and maintenance. The US Sr Manager is the main point of contact for general HR inquiries for both local and as needed international employees.
