The Aotea District is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and experienced person to join their Biodiversity team in a Senior Ranger role for a 14-month Fixed-Term contract.  This role covers a maternity leave vacancy.

About the Role

The Senior Ranger Biodiversity is a unique and exciting role that forms part of the District Leadership team. You are responsible for the strategic planning and prioritisation of the Biodiversity business plan and work programme. You will also work with iwi and local conservation groups, and actively engage with the wider community.

Key responsibilities will involve:
