Context: The Chicago Office Manager & Receptionist serves as the lead administrator of day-to-day operations for the Sierra Club’s Chicago office, which operates as the state-wide headquarters for Sierra Club Illinois and a field-office of the national Sierra Club. The Manager is an instrumental player in ensuring the safety, security and productivity of all staff and volunteers that work in or visit the Chicago office and oversees multiple systems and vendors, and coordinates across multiple administrative departments (Information Technology, Operations & Finance, Human Resources)to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
