Provides leadership to achieve conservation victories and build grassroots power and movement. Guides work to apply a social justice frame to all of our work consistent with our organizational goals. Oversees and directs all national Sierra Club organizing staff working within the assigned region. Oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizing site plans based on national campaign and program objectives and Organizing Department guidance. Coaches and develops organizing managers and staff organizers.
