The Social Media Specialist helps to execute the National Aquarium’s brand/reputational strategy through its various social and owned channels. This role works closely with the Social Media Strategist and the Director of Brand Strategy to discover, source and deliver relevant content for the Aquarium’s social media platforms that is timely and relevant to our audiences. KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Composes original, relevant content in adherence with AP style
  • Helps to oversee social media engagement activities (crafting and planning content, posting, and tracking posts across various social media platforms)
  • Fosters strong relationships between the social media team and other departments to ensure all projects meet the high-quality standard
