Supports the Senior Vice President, HR (SVP) on a variety of daily activities and longer-term priorities to support the smooth functioning of the HR Department.  Helps SVP and others on the HR Team attend to priorities and ensures prompt attention to activities. Prepares communications and presentations.  Uses knowledge of institutional procedures and priorities over time to manage processes and complete tasks. This position has a dual-reporting relationship and supports the HR Director and the HR Business Partner team on HR Administration duties.
