Working as part of a team at Gateway National Recreation Area, the interns will monitor park natural resources, including threatened and endangered species, and conduct outreach to park visitors to promote shared stewardship. Location Description: Jamaica Bay Unit, Gateway National Recreation Are Training Provided: One week of training and orientation to NPNH resources, NPS careers, and special topics. Two additional training days presented in weeks 2-12. Main Area of Focus: Natural Resources Mgmt Education, Training & Skills Expected
