Reporting to the Program Director, the EcoSuperior Support Guru provides the important role – of being the first contact for community members and customers with our organization, whether it is in person, on the phone, or virtually. This role also contributes to the efficient day-to-day operations of EcoSuperior, by supporting the programs and administrative needs of the organization and entire staff team. The Support Guru fulfills a vital role of supporting both our organization’s connection and communications with the external community, and the communications andfunctioning of our internal staff team.
